I have experience working with individuals with chronic illness, codependency and compulsive tendencies, as well as anxiety and depression and mood disorders.
I can meet you where you're at. The option for me to work with you via telephone or at your home can be a huge stress reliever in regards to travel.

I work as a private practioner and hold a membership with Mindful Therapy Group at Elliot Bay in Seattle at 101 Elliott Ave Seattle WA. We can meet at my office there or I am also available by telehealth.
For new clients I recommend that we meet 3 times to see if the therapeutic relationship and what I am offering works for you, as it takes time to gauge that dynamic.
If after that you don't feel like we are a good fit, I am happy to provide a referral to another practioner.
My private pay rate is $110 per hour. I am able to bill Premera and also offer a sliding scale rate if that can cater to your income and financial need. Money should not be a barrier to you receiving mental health services.
