What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person or by phone and discuss their current situation and what they are needing. From there we will send an engagement clearly defining what services will be provided and at what cost. We will schedule a date for any trainings or for when the services will be completed.

All of our pricing is on our website with all services. Our pricing is fixed for our main packages and by the hour for outside scope projects.

I have started multiple companies and settled into this service based on the need and being able to help small business with the most impact.

We helped a firm be free of their books and admin work and they were able to double their income and service capacity and are so grateful for our help. We love to help clients achieve their goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ask for references and ask their clients if they know their books are accurate based on no audits or tax filing issues. It’s hard to determine a good bookkeeper or CPA as most clients don’t know what they don’t know! Check their client history and find someone who knows your Industry.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask how they can help with their workflow, if they can help increase their profits, can they explain financial reports and provide insight.
