What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a telephone interview first to establish the needs that the client has. Second step would be to meet if necessary. Once the need is established a comprehensive plan is put together to accomplish a solution for client's needs. The plan is revised and refined during work in progress. As work is progressed comprehensive solutions are offered to the client to solve their accounting needs.
