What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet I new customer I make sure I listen to his or her closely so I completely understand what their needs are so I can determine whether or not I am the right person for the job. I often find that tax related issues are not as bad as people think they are. I am quite familiar with the IRS tax forgiveness program. It is called an Offer-in-Compromise and extremely easy to apply for if you know what you are doing. I specialized in helping taxpayers who had balance due issues and refund issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a fully trained customer service representative. I worked in advanced accounts for 16 years with the IRS. I was trained in all phases of basic tax law as well as tax prepraration for individuals and small businesses. I have 2 year degree in electronics technology two BA degrees in social sciences and an advanced degree in education.

Electronic 1040 preparation for individuals is $40.00 and for businesses it starts at $50.00.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always done my own returns. After I retired from the IRS, I started to do returns for friends and family.
