I work with children, adolescents, and Families using my 20 years of experience working in multiple Mental Health arenas. These include juvenile probation, community mental health, advocacy for homeless youth, integrated care with primary care doctors, and Family Preservation Services.

I have my office in Arlington and offer telehealth. I specialize in Family Systems, Trauma work, and Mental Health conditions, such as anxiety and depression.

I utilize an integrated approach depending on the client. Some of these include Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Trauma Informed care.
