What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is a verbal consultation that is then followed by a digital document to support the medical and family history. I will set you up on an automated calander that will send you text reminders, receipts, and ask you about your services received. The first massage is ALWAYS at a discounted rate, this allows you to decide if the treatment and therapist are right for you. The table is heated, the room is quiet and dimly lit, and there are warm towels with every session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Platt College, in Lawton Oklahoma in 2006. I have been practicing ever since. I have worked as an Independent Contractor, Employee, Business Partner, and Sole Proprietor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love to work with people who are looking for natural ways to deal with TMJ, Whiplash, Frozen Shoulders, Sciatic Nerve Damage, Plantar Faciatis, Fibro-Myalgia, MS, MD, Digestive Concerns, Depression, and SO MUCH MORE!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always ask about Certification and the Massage Technique that will be used that day.
