What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a detailed tax/financial questionaire & checklist during our initial consultaion meeting. We thoroughly discuss the clients goals & objectives. We usually get a deposit for anticipated fees & remainder after services have been completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff collectively has over 60 years of professional & industry experience. Some staff have experience working for the IRS, accounting, banking, & financial industries. Staff members hold Associates to MBA degrees in accounting, finance, & entrepreneurship. All staff members complete ongoing required continuing tax & financial courses & training to stay current.
