Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we can't meet in person we will have either a skype or phone conversation. We start out answering basic questions and move on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years in the design and photography field. I attended The Art Institute of Pittsburg and graduated from Full Sail University in 2016. I have been pubished and featured numerous times by various sources.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For the most part yes, but it usually depends on the project.
How did you get started in this business?
With a lot of blood, sweat, tears coffee and wine. It all started in High School when I took a communications class. During that class we covered Screen Printing and I was hooked. After spending my first few years in Hawaii raising my oldest daughter and just working on learning industry software I landed a job at a little screen printing shop after moving to Gulfport, MS. I spent my days in a 130 degree dark room coating and washing out screens. Its not fun work. Eventually I moved on to being a printer and eventually drove my boss crazy asking for training. That is where I started being paid to design. It was AWESOME! I needed MORE! After Katrinia wiped that little screen shop off the map, I started going to The Art Institute Pittsburgh. About 1/2 year before graduation I had to drop out due to life (aka divorce). Lucky for me I had enough experience that I was able to land a position at a wonderful sign and vehicle wrap shop. When I met my husband and we decided to have more children I transitioned to being a full-time photographer and freelance photographer. I was lucky to land an internship with LeahandMark.com and that really helped my career move forward. I still needed more. So in 2014 I started attending Full Sail University, only the best Art School ever. After graduation I moved into the position I am in now and I am loving my life. Well..besides the laundry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with independent business owners to corporate names.
