What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typicly want to sit down with potential customers either for coffee, beer, tea whichever they prefer and get to know them and their business. From there we can work to find out what your needs are and build a package for them.
How did you get started in this business?
We started this when we were talking with some people about how a company was going to charge $10,000 to build a website. This was for a small business that was only around for maybe a year. This shocked me that it would cost this much for how little they needed in the site. So Bottle Cap Creative came to life to help fill this gap for small businesses to have a digital footprint at an affordable price.
