What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically send you a client organizer after we are contacted to get all the personal information. If you prefer email, our secure email process makes it easy for you the customer to send your tax documents for our review. After we have computed the refund amounts, we contact you and ask if these are to your standards and should we proceed. At that point we can send you a e-sign document as your signature and will will file your return and intern email or mail you a hard copy for your records.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two preparers with more than 10 years with both tax preparation and managerial accounting. We work primarily on personal and business tax returns while doing budget , forecasting and other managerial accounting activities. We are a single branch established in 2014 and located in City Center area of Newport News, Virginia.
