Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
If you are a new client we will have an intake form for you to fill out. This has general client information that we are required by law to get from you. It will have a few medical questions as well as a few questions for us to get an idea of what you are looking for in you session.
We are sensitive to the fact that everyBODY is different. The more information you give us the better we can customize the service to fit your specific needs.
The form takes just a few minutes to fill out and if you book online through our website the option is there to fill it out before you come in.
Do you have a standard pricing system? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices are very competitive with the other spas in the area. You can see all of services and prices on our wesite @ Paradise-found-massage.com
Our most popular 60 min massage is $50
How did you get started?
We opened our doors in January 2013! The owner is a local Massage Therapaist who has been in the business since 2003. She had a fervent enthusiasm to establish a spa that was serious about the Therapsits that represent the company. Everyone who provides a service at Paradise Found is not only Excellent at their trade but is passionate about it. We have, since day one, honored this intent are are proud in doing so!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with an array of clients. From teenagers to those of a wiser age. We work with people who just want to take a moment to relax and rejuvenate. We work with people with injuries who need rehabilitaion. We are a well rounded spa and have therapists who provide a reliable, relaxing and reabilitating touch.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are proud that we continue to get great reviews and have been rewarded by Yelp for having great reviews over a sustained period of time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
When looking for a therapist/spa we suggest making sure you get a service that is the actaul length of time you are paying for.
A lot of places will charge you for 60 min massage but only provide 50 min of actual massage. They claim the extra 10 min is for you to get comfortable on the table and give you time to get up afterwards.
We are sticklers for giving you at the least, the time we advertise to give!
Also a good way to tell if the place you go to is legit or not is if they have an intake form. We are required by the state to keep records of clients for 3 yrs. If a place does not do so they are more than likely not following other protocols that are in place for your safety.
