What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free consultation to get to know our client's tax history and for us to get to know one another. Then we go over the tax filing process, credit, deduction, adjustments and financial education.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is certified through "The Income Tax School" to prepare returns. The owner of the corporation has an Associate Degree in Accounting and an enrolled agent with the IRS; who personally oversees the staff tax training. The staff completes Continued education each year to keep up to date with the new tax laws
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge our clients a base price, then for every additional form needed to complete the return there is an additional fee.
How did you get started in this business?
While working for a tax company, I saw how the clients were not getting educated on their return and their main focus was getting clients in and out. My vision was to have a tax business where the clients can come to a family environment where they can feel more welcome, important, get educated and play a part in their return being prepared.
