About this pro

My passion is to make sure that each person that I speak with is knowledgeable about their finances, including their taxes.  I educate my customers so that they know what to look for during the course of the tax year that may change their financial outlook.

I have been preparing individual taxes for over 10 years and I love what I do.  I make sure that I am current with the latest tax laws and I have to become certified an registered each year with IRS via my PTIN.

I enjoy working with people and educating them on how to lower their tax bill and how to setup a retirement fund.

I am trained each year and take continuing education classes each year by Jackson Hewitt.  I work for them during the tax season as well as for myself

I am very fond of the African American Heritage Festival.  It allows people to gather and educate, entertain and provide information about various resources that are located in the Manassas area.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would say interview them because you are hiring them to perform a service that involves your financial background.  You want to make sure that the person you are hiring is responsible and can perform their duties as a tax preparer.
