What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have all clients update there personal information with me each year. All clients have the option of either emailing, dropping off, or in person. Generally I like to review all the documents and do the tax preparation then make a appointment with the client to come in and go over everything, obtain signatures and payment, then send your return off to the IRS.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the basic tax preparation course and obtain my certificate and PTIN with the IRS. Each year I take refresher courses on various areas of tax preparation.

Our tax office is based off of required forms needed to complete each clients tax return. Every return may vary depending on what documents you have. I understand that affordability is always a concern for everyone, but also making sure that your return is done correctly is upmost important.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out a a receptionist with the business and worked my way up to manager and now a Jr partner within the business. Also, my mentor is also in the same tax office to continue to what me grow.
