A dedicated network support engineer is available 7/24 to provide technical support and service when you need it most. Ongoing network support agreements, at whatever level you choose, gives you the ability to budget for part or all of your annual network support costs.
Our preferred customer is one that wants ongoing remote and on-site network support, administration and monitoring. The customer is generally too small to afford a full-time IT person or department and outsourcing is the best option.
