Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally receive new clients through referrals and/or through our presence on social media. Based on that we schedule an appointment to discuss how we can fulfill the needs of the prospective client. Through this process, we are able to obtain the client's buy-in, develop a plan of action and bring the best option for a resolution to the table. If necessary, we would submit an engagement letter to the client to ensure that everyone is in agreement as to the scope of the engagement, execution, and pricing. Client buy-in is the most important step in this process and we work hard to meet or exceed the client's expectations.
