What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We to start with a 30 minute conversation. We offer this complimentary session to each and every one of our prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that the client would like help with and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds we are not the right expert for THE client, we will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, we will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling. Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client – as everything we do is to ensure we can ably help the client meet his or her financial, personal and business goals.
