What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes to my practice they are setup in my system. Then we go through the interview to determine the tax need.Each process will be explained to the client as we go along. Depending on the complexity of the client's tax issue the process could take from about a half an hour to a few weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have master's Degree in Accounting with specialization in Taxation.
