What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that they bring last year's return, especially if they own a business, so that I keep the expense types consistent but also to review to see if items were missed that they can take advantage of
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35+ years in accounting, operations, tax preparation and tax planning. Recently completed IRS training for the new tax laws that affect the 2018 returns.
