About
VENUTEC is a Creative Agency specializing in Brand Management Services (BMS).
Our Mission is to help Small Businesses get a helping hand in their ability to compete with the big clients in terms of the core value of Digital Advertising and Marketing and Social Media Management in today's cut-throat mentality.
Let's face it, it is getting harder and harder for Small Business Owners to just stay afloat and survive against the onslaught of split-second consumer attention. VENUTEC aims to be the employee of these Small Business Owners without them having to worry about the huge cost of a complete internal Brand Management Service (BMS) Team.
VENUTEC's BMS encompasses the following:

I have been in the Brand Management Service industry for more than 30 years. I was a Public Relations Officer for the United States Navy, and so it was my job to ensure the Navy not only looks good, but acts in good faith, and has the interest of the public as it's first and foremost mission.
That is the true reason of Brand Management.
And that is what makes me smile at the end of the day. Knowing that my clients can have their peace of mind because they know my team is on top of our game. We monitor YELP, Google My Business, all social media pages -- and we answer all reviews and interact with our client's reviews, comments, even emails.
Brand Management is not only advertising and marketing and getting you new customers. Our most important job is ensuring that your customer base remain satisfied and loyal, and in doing so, become your very own ambassadors as well.
I love my job.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ll VENUTEC Projects start with a first meeting between our Client Services Specialist and the potential client. Very rarely do we accept jobs without actually meeting a client; especially for bigger account and larger campaign. If there is a mutual understanding and verbal agreement from the potential client that they would like to have a proposal, we then proceed with drafting our Custom Proposal based on that first conversation and from our understanding of the client's needs and wants. Sometimes, the proposal is good enough and the client accepts. Sometimes the proposal has to be tweaked and re-written, or adjusted until we have a mutually agreed Proposal. The client then signs the document, and hands us the 60% down payment for the job. This down payment is required in order for us to actually start the job.
Whatever the job is, whether it is a Full Branding Management Package, or just a specific project like Aerial Videography or Photography, or a new website or Mailing Campaign -- a whole lot of back and forth ensues throughout the process. Drafts of the graphics design or first versions of a video, or first mockup of a website are submitted for approval. Each Project is different so there is no standard timeline.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are the Brand Management Agency hired by a local Auto Body Collision Repair Shop and we are having a really great and exciting time producing the various marketing and advertising materials and content for the company.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Communicate, communicate, communicate. As they say, leave no stone un-turned. Lay all of your expectations on the table.
Be wary of "No worries, I can do this website for $300" --- you get what you pay for.
Numbers don't lie. A good Brand Agency will and should be able to show you real numbers about your company or organization's performance and your industry's insights and labor data. Any campaign should be based on these numbers. Failure to show you these important data and insights IS A SIGN the agency or "the dude" have no idea what he is talking about.
