What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone appointment - 1st hour at no charge in order to see if the relationship is a fit
Second appointment - What is the client objective. Can we meet the objective? Financial Plan? Investment Management? Tax Planning? Income Planning?
Third Appointment - If we are a fit, set a detailed and formal plan to meet client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA, and a CFP(r).

Once a relationship is established, if it involves investment management then the financial plan and tax preparation are parto f the service. One fee for all services, usually assets under management.
How did you get started in this business?
Was a business owner, lost the ability to continue the business as it was growing faster than I could financially. Unfortunately, I realized only too late that I needed to know more about Finance and Investing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals for the most part.
Business owners and Professionals too busy to insure that they are taking advantage of the markets, taxation, and investment opportunities.
We work well with owners that want the results but don;t have the time or inclination.
