I approach massages medically and tie it with relaxation. I specialize in Deep Tissue and incorporate Swedish, and Trigger Point therapy where it's needed. Each massage is customized to what your body needs. I intend on relieving pain and increasing your range of motion and strength. I treat the massage session as a treatment.
I am immensely passionate in the well-being of others and very intentional with the way I approach healing and bodywork. I have had the opportunity to work on touring musicans and acts, including the Moscow Nutcracker Ballet cast.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients fill out an intake form in the waiting room. Prior to treatment, we'll go over your main concerns you'd like to address during the session. This usually takes about 15 minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did an intensive 2 years program for Massage Therapy. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and provide private yoga sessions.

Ask your massage therapist if they know how to release the psoas, if yes, they're a keeper.
