What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the current pain points that our customer had with their incumbent vendor with the goal to overcome these issues and automate any recurring tasks that were done manually in the past.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of experience in the Digital Marketing space and we currently work with several large Companies and non-profits, such as MedStar, Great Call, Apria Healthcare and AARP.org to name a few.

How did you get started in this business?
Vertex was co-founded by Robert Davies and Andy Roberts in January of 2002. Like many new start ups, Vertex came into existance when our former company, Xpedite Systems, was bought out by a larger company who had the bright idea to change our comp plan. Instead of taking a 50% paycut, we decided to go out on our own and the rest is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work in the following verticals:
Non-profits, Publishers, Etailers, Affiliate Marketing, Healthcare, Gaming and Advertising.
We also take on resellers where smaller agencies can leverage our buying power to gain access to Enterprise-level ESPs, such as Adestra.com, iPost.com and Mapp.com, without having to commit to long-term contracts or large monthly revenues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask if they offer a trial. Many ESPs require 12 month contracts and you end up either overcommitting or using a system that doesn't quite match your needs. Vertex offers a try before you buy month to month trial to make sure the ESP we lined you up with matches your expectations.
