As the owner of Wealth Building Academy, LLC my passion is to provide my clients with the most unique coaching experience they will ever have. My business stands out because I get to the heart of my clients challenges and fears and provide high impact solutions to reconcile and solve their life and professional problems. My solution based coaching position my clients to get a new start so they can live their best life possible on their own terms after receiving my coaching.
I have been coaching for several years and in my experience I've created safe environments that allow my coaching clients to be themselves with the expectation for transforming into the person they're purposed to be.
I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Business Success Coach and Certified Spiritual Coach.
What I enjoy most about coaching clients is knowing that at the conclusion of the coaching sessions they will not only be empowered but transformed as well. I receive a great deal of satrisfaction knowing I make a difference in the life of my clients and it inspires me to provide even more coaching expertise, knowledge and experience with each and every client I work with.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client consist of assisting clients in identifying and clarifying their individual goals and desires enabling them to create a plan and take action to achieve their objectives. The progress of clients will be measured as their goals and objectives are achieved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Mindfulness Life Coach and practioner with a Certification from Transformation Academy. As a Professional Life Coach I received training from Fowler Wainwright International International and I'm a Certified Life Coach trained to recognize and understand underlying belief systems that affect the decision making processes of indiviruals through active listening.
I'm trained to develop the rapport required to challenge limiting beliefs and empower clients to expand their paradigms.
Lasty, I build long-term rewarding relationshps with clients.
I was trained as a Business Success Coach and Certified by the American University of NLP. I work with small business leaders and corporations to assist them in maximizing their leadership and management skill sets, human potential and improve their bottom line.
My objective is to help clients discover their pathways to success and customize business coaching for them leading to business success.
Lastly, I was trained to be a Spiritual Coach by Wainwright Global International. I'm a Certifed Spiritual Coach and Wainwright Global provided me with professional tools, techniques and systems to empower, motivate and emcourage clients to explore alternative ways of viewing spirituality, connectedness with the universe and a host of other conecepts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Wealth Building Academy, LLC has a standard pricing system for the coaching programs offered. First and foremost, coaching clients involves establishing a timeline and we recommend working with clients for six months but recommend twelve months of coaching.
We offer one on one coaching and group coaching services. Our standard one on one coaching program is $500 per month.
How did you get started in this business?
After several years of professional speaking, training, writing books and hosting a radio show, Paul Vann was requested to provide coaching and he began offering life coaching to clients.
With an extensive background in leadership, business and finances, Paul was trained and became a Business Success Coach. With over 30 years of business experience as a military officer working in the Pentagon for over 12 years, as a legislative assitant for a member of Congress on Capitol Hill in the U.S House of Representatives and as a budget expert for Mobil Oil Company, Paul is a business expert.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Wealth Building Academy, LLC has worked with corporate clients, government agencies, nonprofits, colleges and universities and military customers. Our customers include employees at Fortune 500 corporations, federal government agencies, military organizations and colleges and universities as well as association clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of the most recent memorable events I'm fond of working with was in Austin, Texas. I provided expertise to a behavioral health organization and provided expertise to upwards of 200 audience members. I was able to position the clients into working groups, process exercises to assist in them acquiring knowledge so clients could take what they learned by to their organizations. This was a major success for all in attendance at the conference.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I recommend and give to customers looking to hire a professional coach who is an expert in life, spiritual and business success coaching is to operate from a position of an open mind.
We should never be afraid to open up about our fears, doubts and life challenges, only after facing our shortcomings are we able to assess them, put a plan in place, and do the work required to get better and achieve personal and business success.
Change begins on the inside, with the expertise, training and assistance of a coach, transformation takes place.
