I have led psychoeducational groups and trainings since 1999. My experience includes working on a White House Grant to prevent substance abuse, holding a School Psychologist License, and having a Masters in Psycholgical Services. I have also held a Teachers Licensure and Relationship Coach Certificate in the State of Virginia.

I enjoy motivating others to be the best version of themselves! I absolutely love working with my clients and seeing the break throughs and "Ah, ha" moments when they reach their goals!!
