Over the years, we fully transitioned to complete virtual services, enabling us to meet with our clients remotely and offer them maximum convenience. It is a personalized approach to income tax preparation that allows busy taxpayers to continue with their daily affairs and avoid the hassle of driving to a tax preparer's office and waiting with strangers. You can utilize our services conveniently by email, fax, or secure file scan via our website.
At EA Tax Solutions (AYD Tax Service), we believe in the power of helping people. With over 25 years in the Financial Service Profession, in 2020, Denise J, the owner, decided to take her career to the next level by becoming an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents (EAs) are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and are granted unlimited practice rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS and are authorized to advise and represent taxpayers concerning audits, collection, and appeals. EAs also prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements.
We aim to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. We seek to make a meaningful difference where we live, work, and play by encouraging people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
We believe in building client relationships that will grow stronger every year. By providing tax preparation, tax audit support, tax planning, and year-round client relationships, we create confidence in our clients by conducting tax interviews through virtual tools such as Zoom conferencing, phone chat, email, and, when needed, face-to-face.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an interview. The interview consist of me allowing the customer/potential client to asking me a series of questions concerning my work background/experience and in turn I will ask questions to find out if we are a good fit for each other. I end my questions by asking the customer/potential client, what is their expectation of the service that I will be providing them.
I understand that everyone is not my customer/client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents (EA) are America's Tax Experts. EAs are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
“Enrolled” means to be licensed to practice by the federal government, and “Agent” means authorized to appear in the place of the taxpayer at the IRS.
Unlike a CPA or Tax Attorney who can only represent clients in the state in which they are licensed, an EA is an elite status as such, EAs can represent clients on any matter before any IRS office anywhere in all 50 states.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I have a standard pricing system that I use for my services.
Federal & State $250, Federal/Schedule A & State $350, Federal/Schedule C & State $450 and up for a sole proprietiorships and single member LLC.
How did you get started in this business?
Many years ago, I worked for a company that implemented tax preparation service in their business. I was in a management position and had previous banking experience, they thougt it would be a good fit for me and they were right. They were looking for someone to run the program and I immediately was in love with the work and the customers/clients experience. From there, I went on to yearly training and to ensure that I stayed abreast with the federal and state tax laws updates.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with individuals taxpayers, small business owners and nonprofit organizations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It not just one. I am fond of the interview process of a potential new client and once they make the decision to come on board and utilize my services for thier tax preparation needs. It's when they decide to trust my services to assist their tax preparation needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to ensure they hire someone with credentials to backup the work. Using someone that is federally licensed or at least state licensed. I here and see lot of people/ companies hiring inexperience people to preparer tax just to make a quick dollar during tax season and after April they are gone, the so called business is closed until next tax season and the client is stuck with no help in sight for the rest of the year.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do I have all of the needed documentation?
How long have you been in business?
Are you licensed? Federally or State
What are your fees?
What are your full range of services?
How long will it take to complete the assigned task?
