What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for new clients includes:
(1) a phone call/conversation to complete/identify individual needs regarding massage therapy relative to physical needs. (
2) Securing and Scheduling of appointment according to availability, and
(3) In Person review of intake information and signing of Agreement & Release forms. Intake forms can also be completed on site/in person once the appointment is secured!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage Certification.
MBLEX Examination Passed.
LMT secured via Maryland State Board of Licensing
Monthly membership options Available for consistency with Therapeutic services available.
