Welcome to La Luce, "the light", where we help you Heal Your Soul.

In 2018, Carmina Aguirre founded La Luce, an alternative wellness company and life coaching company to provide guidance, healing, and inspiration.

Carmina has created a unique approach to “Heal Your Soul” and turn your “Wounds into Wisdom” through the use and combination of mind-body-spirit practices.

Carmina specializes in emotional, psychological, and spiritual coaching & consulting. A Retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, Carmina has over 15 years experience in psychological health with focus on post-traumatic stress disorder, suicide prevention, sexual assault prevention and response.

Carmina holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently working on her Doctorate Degree in Counseling Traumatology. Additionally, Carmina is a Reiki Master Teacher & Certified Life Coach.

Services are done via online video or teleconferencing.

La Luce does not accept insurance at this time.

Carmina's unique approach to healing has helped many individuals release trauma, shame, guilt, abandonment, and betrayal issues. As the release happens, individuals have seen an improvement in their physical and mental ailments.

Carmina is passionate about helping others heal and find their passion and purpose.

    While working with Carmina, I learned that I do not have an anger problem I don’t like to be taken for granted or overly used after being exhausted from giving some much love and energy to someone or something.     Carmina is awesome, my reiki sessions with her have been next level. She is highly intuitive and is able to pick up on all sorts of things that need addressing that I wasn’t aware of. Using a combination of crystals, oracle cards, reiki and affirmations we did a little life coaching as well - exactly what I needed although I didn’t realise it when I booked!
