My practice is based on the behavioral sciences. However, I have an interview process that allows me to gather information that will help build a plan for you beyond the time we spend together. Although the process is the same, each plan for my clients is unique from person to person. I hope you see yourself. So my methods aren't cookie cutter, they're based on the uniqueness of you. I have been very successful at helping my clients reach their goals, find clarity, and enjoy the success that they want to achieve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the client for a consultation based on a few intake questions. Moving forward I conduct assessments to gather history, habits, personality and so a plan of action can be developed. The bulk of our work initially will be data collection, assessments, devising a plan, and interpreting the information. My focus is on the goals and desires of my client. Once we have established all of this a plan of action is put into place to execute. However, most of the work is spent creating a connection, with trust, understanding, and openness.

How did you get started in this business?
When I was 17 years old and a junior in high school I was selected to be a peer facilitator. I loved it so much until I went on to study psychology in college. At 7 years old, I had already declared my lifelong dream of becoming Psychologist. More than 20 years later I received my PhD and I graduated with high honors and recognition from two honor societies. I am where I am today, fulfilling the purpose that I realized as a second grader. My specialty is intuitive psychology and I help others to realize their purpose as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and organizations. Many of my customers come to me for career development coaching, relationship or emotional intelligence work, life coaching when they need direction, often spiritual guidance, and sometimes my clients just want someone to talk with to get a different perspective or just to re-calibrate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my favorite events is when I provided life coaching for a young man. He was trying to find direction in his life and his career. I counseled him on how to create a budget for his finances, how to identify his purpose and passion, and how to ground himself so that he could be the leader in his own life. Three months later, he propose to the love of his life and she accepted, he was promoted to a manager's position with a very prestigious employer; and he was able to pursue a music career on top of his other successes. I was so happy to be able to help him to help himself. This is what I do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to my customers is to make sure that whoever you hire, connects with you and you connect with them, I have a very firm policy for this. It is important to build trust so that my clients will let me in. One of the best talents that I have is my ability to listen in between the words. A second talent, among others, is my ability to think outside the box, in terms of problem-solving, career transitioning etc. However, my greatest and most valued talent is that I strategically show people what they already know, therefore, they learn to solve their own issues.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The questions that I ask my clients to ponder are the following:
1. Why did I reach out to Dr. Parker?
2. What are three goals I want to achieve?
3. When would I like to achieve these
goals?
4. What work am I willing to do?
5. What resources am I willing to invest?
