About
The most important things that is mega great is helping people regain their independence to living a healthier life. So much is dependent on the group or the tribe or the plan but so say to yourself , "hey I did this!" or " this is what I choose to do for myself and it is working" those moments are what I live for in helping others.
When I work with someone, I like for them to Tell Their Story, so if nothing else you had an experience where someone was completely present in listening to you. Then its the individual that makes the decision if this is a good fit and if not , its okay, I still will give the person a Fit Starter Kit of info tips and hints they can use to get them started on their journey to a healthier life. If we are a good fit, then the work begins. Finding out your energy level, what is working for you and what do you wish to change to be a better verison of yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe some of the best training or education you get doesnt come from a classroom yet it does speak to what you have invested in your passion. Like most 18 years I thought I was all knowing but I didnt have a clue as to what I want to do or who I wanted to be so I decided to join the Air Force and it was a great decision. I had a liking at the time for working out because I grew up as a Army dependent or the culutral term "Army Brat" where working out was common as walking. So when I had the opportunity to be Fitness Leader, where I would conduct testing evaluation, body measurement and conduct workout of other I was super stoked about it. I wanted to learn more so that is when I went to University of Maryland at College Park and completed my degree in Kinesiological Science. When I tell you that was the best and hardest thing I had to complete is an understatement. The goal was to help professional athletes and college athletes so I got certified as Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2009 and have been ever since.
I became a federal civilian in 2010 working with testing and conducting fitness assessment, and training to over 10,000 Air Force active, reserve and national guard members. That is when I went I learned a real lesson, there is more to health that food and workouts. I would sit and lesson to service members that were struggling with all kinds of things like being an adut, being a parent, dealing with loss in relationships, not feeling respected by coworkers, stress about world issues, or just having a bad month. It was then I wanted to learn how to help people beyond what I knew so I becam a ACE certifed Health Coach to better a version of myself for the service of others.

Your health is your life long investment in yourself. How can you but a value on that? Yet the time put into the developing a plan for you is a value. Its not for everyone yet is for those who want to go further than just what they have already tried with others.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started by something simple and pure, just wanted to help people take the next step. I started in volunteering at Veteran Affairs Hospital going on the weekends helping out in the Physical Therapy section. Learning was a rush each weekend I went there. The thing that hooked me all the way about helping others was when a person that couldnt walk to make it past two or three floor tiles. Now it doesnt seem like much, yet when you cant walk those tiles feel like a marathon. I would get so stoked when that would happen, that feeling is like no other.
