Javier is awesome- he came highly recommended by our next door neighbors and was great to work with. He came to our place on two hours notice because we had a time-sensitive need to get our AC up and running. I strongly recommend working with him, really nice guy and very professional.

We woke up on Fathers Day in a sweat because we had no AC! Javier came early the next morning, tried valiantly to fix our very old unit, but we quickly realized the time had come to purchase a new HVAC system as ours was 20+ years old. Javier helped us through choosing a system and found a helpful solution when we mentioned our familys allergy problems. On Tuesday, Javier and his team worked diligently for 12 hours so that we could at least have the AC unit up and running. The job was finished to our complete satisfaction on Wednesday. We are impressed with Duck HVACs professional standards, dedication to getting the job done, and patience with customers.

My Nest stopped working with my AC unit on the hottest day of the year. After a certified Nest technician couldnt figure out the issue, Duck HVAC responded to an urgent request for help, came out quickly (within 24 hours), and figured out everything (which was a Nest issue). The technicians were extremely clean, friendly and competent. I would highly recommend their services to others.

They fixed my A/C unit over the summer. They wore masks. My A/C wasnt blowing cold air. They refilled the stuff that makes it work (freon?). It cost $1000 but it worked and still works fine. They bill online, over email which was nice. They explained everything they were going to do and how much it would cost before they did it.

I have no way of knowing how much something like should cost. So take the review with a pinch of salt.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Javier has been out to fix our HVAC twice - once for AC and once for heat. Both times he was prompt and professional, plus he made every effort to work us into his schedule so that our HVAC issues were solved ASAP (both times it was the day after I made the call). Its so important to have an HVAC serviceperson you trust an dwe definitely have that in Duck. Thanks guys!
