I started Red Hat to help grad students set-up companies when they received NIH Grants and it has grown from there. I enjoy accounting since everything has a proper place and when things balance the job has been well done.

Red Hat's founders have over 60 years of combined experience in accounting and human resources and we have specialized in helping new companies get up and running without breaking the bank.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to determine what they are looking for, what is currently in place. Get a sense of what they think they are missing or goals for their accounting structure.
Determine accessability, contacts, software, type of business and how often services are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have over 60 years of comboned experience in Accounting and Human Resources. We have worked in a variety of industries from Biotech to manufacturing. We both have Human Resource Management Certifcations from the University of Utah and are members of SHRM.
