We look for customers that need help with their personal or business tax returns. We also do bookeeping and payroll reporting for our clients. Our clients are in small business in a variety of industries such as Medical, Trucking, Construction, Manufactuering and various retail operations. We also help with our clients captive insurance accounting needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client to spend an hour with our CPA who discusses with the client their needs and expectations. We then develop a plan to handle the needs of the client.
We then ask to meet with the client at least 4 times per year to review the financials and at least once or twice to handle the tax return.
We also spend time on the phone and through email with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA, I have several EA working for me. Most of my staff are folks that have spent much time working in various industries doing accounting for other companies.
