What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to spend more time with my new clients. I like to be sure they understand the work I have done for them. I do not charge for the extra time with new clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken accounting classes at the Univ of Utah. I have also done the H&R Tax Preparation Class many years ago. The best education & training that I have completed is simply my 42 years of experience.
