I will even help my customers understand why they owe or what they have to do to for the next year to be able to get a refund. I love helping people and numbers are just a small factor. When someone comes to me I want them to feel like family and will be treated as such. No question is a stupid one, I am happy to answer any and all questions and if I don't know the answer right away I make it a mission to find that answer for my clients.
