I am bonded and insured for everyone's protection. I provide 24/7 service and will travel to client location if requested.
I enjoy providing a sense of security to my clients as they know that Notaries are impartial witnesses to a wide array of acts in Louisiana. While not authorized to give legal advice, our signature (seal) means something.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A valid (unexpired) picture ID is REQUIRED for EVERY transaction such as Driver's License, State ID Card, US Passport (Book or Card accepted), Military ID or any other US Government ID as long as it is unexpired and has your picture.
It is my practice to collect a right thumbprint for EACH and EVERY SINGLE authentic act.
I will review documents only to insure that there are no blank spaces and that your signatures/initials are where they are supposed to be and in correct form. Louisiana Law prohibits me from giving any advice as I am not a lawyer.
For Finance and Insurance clients, I have them complete a profile which allows me to identify what solutions would be the best fit for the client.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For afterhour notarizations: I charge an additional fee for services performed between the hours of 7pm and 7:30am. This fee is general $5-25.
Travel Fees: I charge an additional flat rate of $5.00 if inside the City of Natchitoches; $10.00 if within Natchitoches Parish; $20.00 if in one of the neighboring parishes (Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, Grant, Winn, Bienville, Red River and DeSoto). For travel to anyother parish, I charge .55/mile.
For Basic Notarizations: $15.00
For Certified Copies: $5.00
For I-9 Verifications: $15.00
For Form Affidavits: $15.00 to $20.00
