What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We obtain contact information. You review and sign our service agreement and forms to get start your engagement. We assign a representative to manage your account. One you will work with through out your engagement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Out team has over 20 years of tax preparation and bookkeeping experience. We've helped individual and small business keep accurate records of their expenses to assist them at tax time.

Our pricing system is a combination of flat rate and hourly. We don't waist time. Our goal is to handle your case as efficently as possible.
How did you get started in this business?
It would be cliche to say that I started working with those closest to me ( family and friends). As my business grew so did my staff. We are currently at 10 representative.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals and business owners. We specialize in assisting home based businesses.

Numbers and helping people. Taxation has help us to combine the two things we love.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know the preparer, be honest and allow your tax professional to advise you. Remember taxation happens every paycheck or every quarter. So you need someone that is going to be around to help you throught the year.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should ask yourself, am I ready to trust a professional to help me or am I just looking for a quick fix. Like a doctor, you would want to go just when you have a problem. You need preventative assistance as well.
