What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what my clients needs are and how I can better assist them. Helping them to understand how tax credits work, what is deductible and what can not be claimed. I work diligent and hard at making sure they are fully satisfied with the service I provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IRS e-file provider with education in the ever changing tax laws.
