I try to understand my cleints' tax situation so that they recive every advantage under the then current Federal Tax code and/or applicable state laws.
I represent clients at the tax agency, city, county, state and federal levels. My best achievement lately is for a client who made amny errors preparing his own return. The Interal Revenue Service wanted $893,000. After much work, I settled the matter for $43,810 which was for correcting his filing errors and penalties and interest.
I have been representing taxpayers since 1987. I a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Texas.
