The first step will be a short interview by in person appt/ phone or zoom, to assess what needs to be done and, if possible, provide an estimate of the cost so that there would be no surprises at the end.
Any new customer we work with, will be setup on a secure client portal to share his or her documents. He/she will also sign an engagement letter so both parties are comfortable and protected. After the client has uploaded all documents to the portal, We get to work, when the job is done, we will explain everything to you, the client , and make sure that you understand your tax situation.
If you are local and want to meet in person? No problem we can work with you in setting up an appointment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is not only experienced but credible, and someone who generally cares about you. Although we are not a CPA, we have a lot of experience. Remember not everybody has all the answers in their head. There are over 1,000 pages in the U.S. Tax Code so often times, research is necessary. So someone that takes their time can be a good thing. Choose someone who will be accurate and is ethical.
Make sure that your tax professional is a certified e-file provider. We have a passion for providing the most enjoyable and comfortable experience for our clients from start to finish.
We look forward to showing you how we can make this the best tax and accounting experience you have ever had.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are the important documents do I need to ? Make sure you aren't missing any. What records or logs do I need to substantiate a deduction? How much time will the work project take reasonably so that it's done accurately? What steps does the professional take so that my personal information is protected?
