What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with a new client involves meeting them, having a nice conversation to understand their situation and tax position with the various possible filing requirements, and review of the prior year's tax return if at all possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 20 years of experience with CPA firms, now have my own firm. On the IRS website as a trusted and reputable advisor, a certified Circular 230 professional who can represent you in front of the IRS for the tax returns that I have prepared for you. Up-to-date with extensive continuing professional education, and extremely well-versed in the United States tax code.

We have helped numerous clients set up an LLC with Texas and a few other States, we regularly do S-elections and entity classifications. I am your go-to-girl in the Tax World! I am extremely well-versed and experienced in all things tax. From the local level through state and most importantly Federal.

Professional, timely and accurate preparation of all types of returns including 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 940, 941, 945, 8832, 2553, 990, 990-PF etc etc.
