Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the new customer, ask questions and listen to them to identify what their needs are, then I present a business proposal to bring a solution to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in accounting with a minor in financing, I have over eight years in real estate experience and over ten years of accounting and tax preparation experience. I'm here to serve you.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I usually provide a price based on the scope of the work the client is asking for.
How did you get started in this business?
I went to school to study accounting. During my years in college I work preparing tax return. I also took some training at Liberty Tax and several tax return courses in college. I then began working on individual tax returns and now I enjoy helping clients with their tax return.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked and continue to work with individual and small businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently played basketball and twisted my left foot... I told the guys I will make a strong comeback!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say talk to three pros and decide who is working for your best interest, not theirs. I consider myself to be very dedicated and very good at meeting deadlines.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Besides the price, I would ask any questions you may have that is a main concern to you. Each case is different so I wouldn't be able to be specific. If I was you, I would ask a lot of questions until I feel confortable working with that Pro
