What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the 1st step is the intake. You will recieve a phone call for one of our tax Professionals to introduce themselves. Then you will recieve an email with all the intake questions and a way to upload all your documents. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from our office to schedule a zoom or in person meeting with our office to complete a phone interview and finalize your tax return. We are an paperless office and all returns can be completed mobile device or computer.
