Located in the heart of San Antonio, just minutes from the Quarry, we are an independent and family owned Insurance Agency offering Auto (Full Covg, Liability, Commercial Auto), Homeowners (up to $1M), Renter's (apartments, condos, duplexes, mobile homes) and Commercial GL Insurance, among a wide variety of other offerings such as notary public, translations of legal documents, and tax preparation services 365 days a year.
We, at H & H Insurance Agency, have a passion for helping people find the right carriers for their needs. Being an independent agent allows for our agency to work with over 30 auto insurance companies to find our customers the best, but most economical rates. Our rater allows us to see everyone's pricing and choose the most competitive rate for your age, zip code, vehicle and desired coverage. We love that the companies always range in coverage pricing and from non-standard policies to standard policies because this gives us many options. Working with those company's territory representatives to bring our customers the very best pricing, at all times, is also what helps us help you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a nutshell, we gather as much info as we can to get the best rates for our customers. Are you married? Yes? Discount! Do you have more than 1 vehicle? Multi car discount! Do you currently have 1+ months of insurance? Discount! Etc.
From auto to homeowners, or auto to renter's, everybody drives and everybody lives somewhere! We have you covered.
Business owner? Perfect, we have very competitive commercial rates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the State of Texas to do tax preparation and sell P&C Insurance, as well as Commercial GL.

No standard princing, as auto insurance, home values, and apartments all have different state (and personal) requirements. Please inquire!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different age ranges in this industry. We have had a few family generations walk through our doors. One time I asked a young lady how she heard about us and her response was, "my grandpa has been coming here for years and recommended you all." Hearing about generations making their way through our door melts our heart. Really! Word of mouth is the best advertisement!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Word of mouth was how we began and how we initially grew. If people are talking about us 27 years later, we'd love to have you try out our services. From grandparents, to grandchildren, we have served families through generations. Come be a part of our agency's family!
