What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking ins are great for us we like to talk and get to know you we also offer other products for browsing or just sit wait good conversation or just watch tv and listen to music for awhile. we love our barber shop artmosphere.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We update our training every tax season thru our extensive line of training, it's very important to understand all of the new tax laws that change every year, we look for key areas that will allow you more money on your return, as customers that's your goal get your money back all of it if possible, so by training correctly and learning and staying with current progression we can do it easily for you.

pricing is determined according to each individual situation, conversation is key to establish your family and work history, that's why free quotes are established with full explanation sheet by sheet not just ok leave your stuff here and we will call you, you need to know what us going on so we first establish your amount due back to you then give you a price with fees needed to process your return at that point it is your decision, we absolutely do not pressure anyone to accept a quote from us.
How did you get started in this business?
We established our roots in 1999 as a multi business company first, then we noticed a lack of tax preparers that were actually lacking in training so people were being short changed because of lack of experience we were some of them, as a preparer you need to know how to dig, twist, and turn blind corners, so we researched found the best connection possible in the tax world and launched doctorcell tax solutions with full IRS connection check printing, audit protection, and a team of 30 people to back us up.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's a shark tank in unknown waters out there with incomptence every where, dont pay for quotes and dont use free software you will leave lots of money of yours in the hands of the IRS, training and conversation is key they need to show your sheet by sheet, come by we will show you how it should be done.
