We have more than 30 years of combined legal expertise to assist clients in their immigration cases, as well as mediation. Ms. Ohlrich is a former visa chief who served abroad for the U.S. Department of State, and is currently still an adjunct professor of law at St. Mary's University School of Law. We have taught at numerous conferences over the years on immigration issues, and passionately represent our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do have a consultation with all clients to review their cases and explore every possibilty. During this time you always meet with an attorney - not a legal assistant. Furhter, the time spent will develop a plan for your specific case and walk through the avenues that best serve your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ms. Ohlrich has over 20 years of experience, 8 of which were with the U.S. Department of State serving abroad as a consular officer and visa chief.
Ms. Esmeralda Sosa is licensed both in Mexico and the United States and holds a law degree as well as a Masters of Law.
Mr. Mauricio Pena is a licensed mediator as well as having experience in business planning and adminstration.
