What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to inroduce myself, secure the appointment time and date. Inform the sighner(s) they need a valid unexpired ID(s). Arrive on time to every appointment with my Notary stamp, pens, paperwork, Notary journal. Also, have the mailing pack ready to ship documents, scan and ship within the alloted window.
