What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you and explain the documents I am going to notarize and make certain that all parties are in agreement before I notarize.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in international business and have over 31 years in working in the medical equipment field. I worked in the communications department with emphasis on employee engagement

I typically charge by location which will determine travel time. my pricing is either cash, check or paypal
How did you get started in this business?
Working in the medical equipment company I spent 10 years in contract administration and contract compliance which required notarization of documentation

I've worked with corporate clients, personal acquaintances and of course referrals

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be present in the moment, know that some documents that are needed to be notarized can become emotional because they pertain to a loved one, or a situation that legally is needing document to be notarized. I am very empathetic in the process and handle all situations professionally and with care for all parties.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Should ask the pros how long we've been working in our skilled field, and maybe be open to asking questions that they received answers to but yet were not clear on how to deal with them
