What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a chat on the phone with my client to go over their needs. I schedule a session and contact my client for a reminder. When we meet, I have my client fill out a form to I can better assist him/her.
We go over the form and clearly communicate on what she's/he's looking for. I make him/her feel comfortable and let my client know that she can communicate during the massage if anything feels uncomfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Exercise Science. I feel that my degree has helped me better assist my clients. Knowing the anatomy and how the body works has helped me help a lot of of my customers.
I am also a certified personal trainer. I enjoy stretching people and offering advice in how they can strengthen their weak muscles that are the root of their pain.

60 min:$85
90 min: $115
I will add a $10 travel and set up fee. I currently do not travel more than 40 miles

How did you get started in this business?
I've been massaging since I can remember! Growing up I would massage my friends and family members. I knew I wanted to have a massage business one day. I decided to take the plunge in 2010.
