What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not provide cookie-cutter services, everything we do is individualized. You will start your journey with the office by speaking with our office manager. She will handle all of your appointments needs and make sure you are comfortable. Your initial appointment will begin with an assessment. This is where your counselor determines if you need counseling, how many sessions you will need, and diagnosis. We always have plenty of water, tea, and a friendly welcoming environment.
